DGM - Finance - FMCG - CA

- Overall responsibility of accounting, closing and reporting.

- Responsible for technical accounting and implementation of new/Changes in IndAS and IFRS.

- Supervision and review of statutory financial statements and group reporting pack.

- Handling complex audit issues and closure of the same.

- Ensure strong internal controls and further strengthening of the same.

- Ensure compliance of companies act to the extent related with finance like RPT approval.

- Supporting in preparing for various internal committee meeting.

- Ensure strong internal controls and processes including regular updation of COA and SOPs.

- Knowledge Of Treasury ,account payable and taxation is desired.

Key Requisite :

- First or second attempt Chartered Accountant with large MNC experience required.

- Atleast few years' experience of working in one of the big fours is desirable.

- Good knowledge of IndAS, IFRS and Internal Financial Controls (IFC).

- Good understanding of ERP.

- Working knowledge of taxation and treasury.
