DGM - Finance - CA - FMCD/FMCG/Pharma

Looking for a qualified CA with 5+ years of experience in handling the gamut of Finance such as Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, Analysis etc.

Role: To manage and control all accounting aspects of Rich Graviss Products to ensure accurate financial statements generation and proper implementation of Corporate financial policies and procedures as well as compliance to RPC international and Graviss Group India financial reporting requirements.

Reports To: Vice President - Finance, Accounts & IT

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for monthly follow-up for reports & MIS for approval of Finance Head. Prepares monthly estimates of fair market values; maintains current records of holdings in accounts; reviews T/B and G/L for accuracy before presenting to Finance Head.

- Responsible for preparations for year-end closing and audit; provides financial statements for review.

- To prepare various MIS reports to be presented to International & India Partner as per respective guidelines.

- To prepare financial reports and briefings - for tax returns, balance statements, and any legislative requirements such as reporting and disclosure.

- Research, preparation and submission of budgets.

- Ensure that all financial matters are in accordance with legislation and ethical accounting practices

- Management of any company investments or capital reserves

- Potentially, responsibility for company insurance, licensing, contracts, supplier relationships, and import-export requirements.

- Advise / Suggest Finance on financial strategy and its impact on company objectives. They should also have input into company objectives and whether they are realistic given the current and projected financial situation.

- Regularly receive financial reports and compare sales and income targets and projections against the reported figures. They should then suggest improvements to projection methods and analyze any failings.

Functional Requirements:

- Strong internal control knowledge and skill

- Good people management skill

- ERP experience

- Good organization, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

- Good business English in speaking, writing and reading
