DGM - Finance & Accounts - Retail/Auto

Candidates from Retail industry or Dealership will be preferred, If candidate previously worked in retail or dealership can be considered. position is very very urgent. kindly share cv asap.

JD as below:

- Accountable for handling entire Financial Accounting as well as Process control including Revenue Accounting, Payable Management & Reporting Ensure all schedules for month reporting are prepared.

- Handled payment of expenses including Capex and check overall budgetary control & DoA.

- Responsible for cash flow forecast and reporting of actual; conducted a check over internal control and process in each of the sub function viz. Payable Accounting, Sales Accounting, statutory compliance and Financial Reporting (including Fixed Assets & GL).

- Responsible for accurate and timely reporting as per calendar including completion of audit.

- Statutory & regulatory compliance regarding applicable requirements of Direct & Indirect tax including Income Tax, TDS, Service tax, Sales Tax, Vat as per the relevant Laws.

- Timely and accurate monthly closing of books for Management Reporting, Quarterly Closing and reporting, half yearly closing as well as reporting & yearly closing and reporting.

- Timely Audit completion (Statutory / Internal / Tax).

- Control of receivables.

- Financial Accounting as well as Costing in SAP, monthly finalization and conducted quarterly Statutory Audit of Accounts.

- Sales tax issues and service tax issues.

- Developed Annual Business Plan, Expenditure Budget, as well as monthly variation analysis thereby provided assistance for controlling expenses as well as enhancing revenue & profitability.

- A hand on experience of SAP is a must.
