Job Description:-

Must have exposure to Oracle /SAP though Oracle

Experience - Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in any manufacturing industries,

Education - Any Graduate with finance professional degree

Designation - Dy. General Manager - Finance

Location - Hyderabad

1. Interprets and directs the accounting policies and procedures to align with the established financial strategy.

2. And also responsible for the implementation of the same with the Corporate accounting Policies, procedures, and General accounting of the Company.

3. Sets direction for accounting practices, procedures, financial controls (budgets), cost, and general accounting for the company.

4. Directs the preparation and submission of all financial and regulatory reports.

5. Responsible for appraising company operating results in terms of costs, budgets, and trends and makes recommendations to management.

6. Also responsible for Treasury function of TI.

7. Compiling Hedges both metals and Currencies & support on SCG.

8. Provide leadership in controllership ensuring that business assets and General Ledger accounting activities have functional integrity, proper controls, are well managed and operating efficiently.

9. Responsible for all processes linked to financial reporting under Indian GAAP and US GAAP.

10. Implementation of business accounting procedures in line with TPIPL guidelines.

11. Ensure compliance under direct & indirect tax and other regulatory requirements

12. Manage internal and external audits and ensure audit issues are resolved in a timely manner.

13. Tax return preparation and filings and co-ordinate transfer pricing studies

14. Prepare quality dashboards for key finance processes and recommend actions to improve transaction quality

15. Manage cross functional relationships with particular focus on risk management and FP&A.

16. Balance sheet account reconciliations in a timely way in line with Corporate criteria.

17. Drive operational simplification and focus on digitization opportunities.
