Job Description - Reporting to VP Finance (APAC) , you will be responsible for the entire gamut of Finance & Accounts looking after:

- Consolidation of Accounts for the Indian Operations.

- Preparing & analyzing MIS reports and information such as budgeting of expenses department wise, treasury forecasting, cost status reports and inform management of key concerns.

- Liasoning with auditors for time audits and statutory compliances.

- Review contracts commercially and review final price evaluation for various contracts.

- Responsible for Income tax, TDS and service tax compliances.

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with 7+ Years of Post Qualification Experience with reputed Companies in the manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Chemical, Pharmaceutical Industry. You have groomed a team of 10 and have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. You are proficient in IGAAP (Sch. 6) and Taxation norms. You have worked with Banks and raised funds for the Company.
