DGM Finance

- Maintaining statutory books of accounts and financial statements in compliance with IND AS/Companies Act

- Reviewing financial statements including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c., Age-Wise Accounts Payables

- Managing Accrual Schedules, Receivables & Payables Accounting, GL Accounting including Payroll Accounting, Fixed Assets Accounting & and proper maintenance of FAR

- Deal with Direct/Indirect Taxation, Imports, RBI Guidelines for forex payments, LC, BG, Banking, GST, Balance Sheet Finalization, Working Capital/ Cash Flow Management

- Monthly closure of Books of account and submission of MIS thereof

- Collaborating with Auditors to supports audit process for statutory and internal audit; regularly monitoring banks, vendors, contractors' reconciliations

- Ensuring timely submission information for RERA

- Ensuring Vendor/Contractors payments as per SOP in the pre-defined timelines

- Handling statutory payments including EDC/IDC/DTCP related payments within assigned timelines

- Handling Land/Development rights related payments

- CA OR MBA Finance

- 10 Years relevant experience in organization of repute.
