MUST HAVE:

1. Should have managed Fiber Operations in multiple circles for any Tier 1 operators

2. Experience in governance of Fiber managed services

3. Understanding of SLA (Service Level Agreements) /KPIs(Key Performance Indicators) for Fiber operations

Major Deliverables :

- This role is to observe and maintain OSP Governance through MS (Managed Services) Partner for existing and progressively added OSP NW (Network)

- The role is to ensure that MS partner follows all contractual requirements in letter and spirit. The ability of multitasking and work in coordination with multi departments teams is must for this role.

- The role is to coordinate with the MS Partner, NW Planning, SQ (Service Quality), SCM Supply Chain management), SA (Service Assurance), OSP-C (Outside Party - Construction) & GIS (Geographic Information System) staff to keep track of the work activities, share the progress through management dashboards, raise concerns and get them addressed through collaborative approach.

- The aspirant of this role must have in-depth understanding of OSP (outside plant) construction, maintenance, and operations techniques. He will handle issues reported by MS partner related to fibre networking, routing, and network management.

- The aspirant will have to take care of the concerns reported by MS related to aerial and underground fiber routes and NW-engineering requirements. The aspirant needs to be conversant to mitigation and restoration methods for emergency con
