Qualification: MBA HR/ MPM/PGDBM, Degree in Law (Desirable)
Industry Preferred : Preferably Manufacturing/ Engineering industry
Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations:
- Design, propose and get approved the ER strategy for the plant and implement it.
- Proactively provide continuous support to Plant through effective functioning of ER functions and sub-modules.
- Fair and transparent ER policies for the plant
- Ensure compliance to statutory requirements.
- Facilitate and conduct negotiations / consultation at unit level within the framework of company’s policy
Human Resource:
- Support line-managers propogate the same within their respective teams
- Work with business to ensure organizational design is executed
- Facilitate managers to prepare Individual Development Plans (IDP) for their reportees and oversee the execution of these plans within time and cost parameters
- Facilitates managers in creating a performance driven work culture / PMS process
- Work with the capability building champion for designing and delivering appropriate training programs that addresses business priorities and IDP
- Analyze and presents employee satisfaction survey
- Works with managers and RPO to ensure Resource Week manpower commitments are adhered
- Gain understanding of the future manpower and skill requirement through meeting business leaders, participating in business reviews and external benchmarking of key competitors
- Works closely with central capability building teams towards building and developing the leadership pipeline of the business unit
- Engage in career conversations with middle managers and take ownership of managing the individual development of top talent at middle level
- Design appropriate interventions to promote small-group communication cascade across business unit
- Facilitates "Total Rewards" communication
