Job Opening for DGM - Engineering Manager role in a leading Pharmaceutical Company at Tarapur, Maharashtra.

Job Role: DGM - Engineering Manager

Job Location: Tarapur, Maharashtra

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

- To manage the engineering and maintenance team and be in charge of all activities related to preventive maintenance and plant maintenance at the site. to guarantee all SOPs and technical documentation.

- To ensure the proper documentation and execution of relevant work activities for Utility Operations, Equipment Qualification, Preventive Maintenance, and Electrical and Civil Projects.

- Making sure that no shortcuts are used during project work at the site or during process changes and modifications.

- Nobody is breaking site HSE regulations or engaging in illicit work to participate in audit compliance, report, and provide audit compliance advice to quality assurance.

- Shown proficiency in autonomous, predictive, and preventive maintenance

- Preferably, a TPM background is required.

Required Skills:

- have experience of minimum Engineering department and should have knowledge of GMP/safety/all sections of Engineering i.e. electrical, Utility, maintenance and preventive maintenance

- must be the Engineering head (not section head) in USFDA approved API manufacturing industry

- must be from reputed API manufacturing company

- must have faced minimum 1 USFDA Audit

- must working as Senior manager/DGM/GM (no manager)

- Should be certified energy auditor

- Should have experience of leading a team of Engineering staff minimum 40 persons

- Must have TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) background

Skills:

- Must have TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) background

- PM Module in SAP
