DGM - Direct Taxation - Real Estate/Infra

1. Minimum Educational qualification - CA

2. Experience

- Minimum 5-10 years experience in Taxation in a reputed firm

- Experience in appearances before assessing Officer, ITO and CIT

- Experience in handling scrutiny, replying to queries/ notices from IT department.

- Extensive experience working with Consultants for closure of Tax cases

- Knowledge of Tax compliance with regard to Direct and Indirect Taxes.

3. Software skills

- Familiar in MS office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)

4. Other Skills

- Planning & Coordination

- Drafting

- Relationship Building

- Team Player

1. Ensuring 100 percent Tax compliance for all group companies.

2. Coordinating and working with Group Head Finance and tax Consultants.

3. Tax planning and pro active documentation for group companies.

4. Handling assessments, hearings, IT cases for the group along with the Finance Head of the group
