DGM - Design Lead - Real Estate

Responsibilities :

- Review and verification of designs proposed by the external architects ensuring correctness and fulfillment of project requirements.

- Interfaces with regional cross-functional teams and HO design team along with external Design Consultants.

- Recommends design options for specific green field projects.

- High-quality products are to be planned in the scheduled time.

- Designs should include green building aspects.

- Coordination for approvals.

- Provides detailed requirements on the project to consultants.

- Follows up and continuous tracking of submissions.

- Coordinates with project/design team to file required documentation as per schedule.

- Coordinates with external consultants for applying for certifications.

- Timeliness as per defined frequency.

- Coordination during project execution.

- Coordinates with the projects team during the execution of the design.
