- Building strong preventive mechanism/guidelines to ensure there no data leaks especially from IT and HR Departments

- Driving Awareness Programs to ensure completeness in information dissemination

- Completion and implementation of the collection of PI in PI Inventory including updating the same from all relevant business verticals.

- Building structured reporting mechanism to ensure that employees can report privacy incidents including the SPOCs from business verticals, and advise amendments to functional policies advanced knowledge of Vodafone's organization, infrastructure, processes and strong experience of managing cross-functional teams.

- Review and update PRM System, Records Management & Retention Policy, Privacy Law Enforcement Assistance Document, and Vendor Evaluation Reports.

- Managing and Ensuring closure of DOT/OSP Inspections without major non-compliance or adverse observation/penalty.

- Quality & Speed of Regulatory Advice on business operational matters

- Efficiency and Effectiveness of the implementation of Regulatory framework mechanism, Regulatory Control & Compliance mechanism
