Job Description:
- Accountable for the customer service delivery and service operations on PAN India basis
- Formulating Annual Operating Plan for revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
- Providing workable solutions to the escalated calls from the customers and getting feedback from the customers through “Happy Calls”.
- Driving service operations as a “profit center” by achieving service revenue targets through service sales activities like sales of service contracts, accessories, spare parts etc.
- Maintaining relations with Key account hospitals & Healthcare chains
- Leading the team responsible for servicing of all type of pre-owned medical devices for complete hospital setup like Radiology and Diagnostic Equipment, Ventilators, C-Arms, Laparoscopic and Gastroenterology Video Systems etc.
- Accountable for managing the customer service function, generating revenues and continuously working on the Customer Centric policies.
- Selection, coordination and monitoring of vendors/other equipment manufacturers (OEM) for uptime of peripheral equipment like stabilizer, UPS, air conditioners, cam-era etc. supplied along with the main medical device.
Experience required:
- Professionals with 14 years to 22 years of experience.
- Having good exposure with medical equipments.
- Having good exposure towards After Sales Support.

- Looking for professionals with present CTC above 35 Lacs / Annum
