Your role specifications
The scope of your work will involve building our communication approach for the Company brands and our employer brand across different media and PR platforms. This role will also require you to collaborate closely with the Management Committee, Investor Relations, Finance and HR teams and other key stakeholders at Godrej, as well as our PR agency and creative partners, within and outside the company.
- Build equity and perception for the organisation and organisation employer brand across media platforms
- Drive thought leadership
- Relationship building with key media
- Crisis and reputation management
- Roll out key leadership profiling on popular social media platforms
- Content generation for use across platforms (PR, blogs, digital platforms)
Key performance indicators
- Quality of work (in line with brand guidelines and expectations) - Business and brand awareness
- Creativity in approach and engagement
- Ability to meet timelines
- Collaboration
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field, though a Communication graduate will be preferred.
- 3-7 years of work experience in PR, brand building, digital media for a corporate brand in a Multinational corporation.
- Experience in brand building will be preferred

- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High energy and keen willingness to learn
- Ability to think creatively and work with minimal supervision - Experience in crisis management
- Exposure to high level stakeholder interaction and management - Time management and co-ordination with different stakeholders - Proactive and result driven
- Ability to manage and prioritize their own work independently
