Experience:-12 yrs to 20 yrs
Current CTC-20 Lacs to 30 lacs p.a.
Job Description:-
- The candidate will seek and provide information to help company determine their position in the marketplace
- Candidate will prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
- He/She will track developments and updates from various Standing Committees and Parliamentary Committees related to all Company Business in north region. Also identify individual MPs / MLAs who are part of these committees and are receptive to industry views and willing to represent their interests in these committees.
- He/She will monitor bureaucracy updates on all India transfers, promotions and background details of relevant officers.
- He/She will gather credible business intelligence on industry trends and commission research and studies as and when required
- Apply sound principles of due-diligence; risk analysis and make appropriate recommendations
- Identify relevant communication tools that can be shared with key policy makers to enhance understating of the sector, its contribution and impact on the ground for continuity / change in policy environment.
- Identify think tanks, academia and leading experts and execute strategic public events as well as plan initiative such as seminars, roundtables and workshops for strengthening policy environment to encourage sector growth.
- Identify and facilitate contact with external resource groups who can contribute and co-own reports & white papers and work with them to participate in round tables/seminars. Also identify universe of key influential people who will receive these reports/white papers etc. as advocacy material
- Maintain excellent working relationships with government departments in accordance with the mandate of Corporate Affairs plan.
- Liaison with outside organisations, agencies and regulatory bodies in order to serve corporate interests, promote the company and coordinate resources.
- He/She will maintain knowledge of regulations affecting various functions
- He/She will work with external organisations to form alliances on common issues.
