Strategic :
- Align regional corporate affairs and alliances plan to department strategy
- Accountable for effective government liasoning and on time support for Restaurant opening
Government Representation and Strategic Alliances :
- Create operating plan for new city openings from government representation and regulatory management standpoint
- Liaise with various government departments for permits and licenses to achieve on-time store opening and ensure smooth operation of all restaurants in the region.
- Provide inputs for due diligence, feasibility studies to assist internal stakeholders in the shortlisting and proposal writing for business partnerships / strategic alliances
Store Operations enablement :
- Provide inputs on site feasibility at a regional level and identify alliances, contacts critical for store opening and operations
- Act as a final point of Contact for resolving the issues with Landlords & Brokers
- Engage with leads from real estate and projects to identify and resolve potential roadblocks in new restaurant opening from liasoning standpoint.
- Ensure complete restaurant compliances for all restaurants in the region
- Responsible for conducting regular regional development meetings.
Crisis Management :
- Build regional networks and leverages contacts for crisis management.
- Create plans and processes to manage any crisis situation in both new restaurant and re-investment stores to minimize impact on HRPL.
- Ensure all processes and procedures regarding security are communicated to HO and restaurants.
- Liaise with security vendor to ensure security standards are maintained.
People Management & Functional Capability :
- Manage and support recruitment, set goals for direct reports, monitor overall team performance below
- Oversee resource deployment and drive motivation levels of the team, monitor staff welfare, facilitate complaint resolution and manage overall efficiency levels
