Job Title: DGM(Comp & Ben) – Corp HR
Location:Nehru Place, New Delhi
Job Purpose: To support the HR function by leading the formulation and implementation of organization level employee policies& processes, benefits and compliance issues, etc in conjunction with the HR head at Corp level
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits & Payroll Management
i. Ensure smooth operation of payroll in for all employees across the Group&the Payroll partner Management.
ii. Plan and implement full range of C&B activates, which include but not limited to:
a. Compensation Design
b. Grade Banding / Salary Structure
c. PLI reward schemes/ Targets
d. Long Term Incentive & Retention Schemes
e. ESOPS
f. Budget Planning
g. Internal & External C&B Benchmarking& Salary Surveys
iii. Employee Benefit Schemes including Mediclaim, GPA
iv. Internal & External C&B Benchmarking
v. Internal Data Analysis & implementation of Corporate Best Practices
vi. Cost Benefit analysis
Design & implementation of HR Policies & Manual
i. Will be responsible for developing &implementing best in class HR policies & processes/ handbooks
ii. Initiatives for Productivity and Leadership, etc.
Audits & Statutory Compliances
i. Responsible for ensuring full compliance with all labour legislations across the group
ii. Audit & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
Relationship Management
i. Instrumental in effective partnering with State HRs/ Leadership Team, to leverage capabilities on both sides in discharging role responsibilities& ensuring execution
Requirements:
Knowledge
a) MBA (pref HR)
b) 10-15 yrs of work exp

a) Hands on experience in Compensation & Benefits, Policy Management ,Benefits management
b) Statutory Compliance
c) Operational excellence
Desirable:
a) Knowledge of Industry Best practices & local regulations
b) Identification & implementation of corporate best practices
c) Working on ESOPs/ designing stock option plans

CTC : INR 20-25L
Age Range: 30-35 yrs
