We are looking out for DGM - Commercial Leasing in Mumbai

The role involves -

- Managing Commercial office space leasing/ outright transaction and Retail transactions.

- Maintains regional and enterprise wide market intelligence in order to capitalize on market opportunities as well as to react to time sensitive projects and business initiatives.

- Strategize region-wise business plans in line with the organization goals

Job Requirement:

- Candidates from real estate broking companies would be preferred having experience in office space leasing/ outright transaction.
