DGM - Civil Projects

1. Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of the same.

2. Managing overall operations for executing civil projects within cost and time norms; organizing / participating project review meetings for evaluating project progress.

3. Analyzing and implementing the basic requirements while setting up the technical infrastructure of the project and reviewing all the drawings

4. Managing the preparation of drawings and maintaining old structure and ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled and contract objectives are met.

5. Quantifying concrete, shuttering, & excavation amount as per the drawings.

6. Collaborating with the Project Team & all internal/external parties for freezing the technical parameters; formulating subcontractor bill

7. Proposing excavation scheme, protocol and BBS.

8. Coordinating with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparation of tender / contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation / deviation proposals and claims.

9. Conducting work measurements and providing technical validation for jobs

10. Checking day-to-day work progress and developing weekly and monthly program and report.

11. Preserving quality documents as per PQP format.

12. Managing weekly review meeting for progress, quality and safety.

13. Defining best practices for project support and documentation; coordinating with client, consultants & contractors and maintaining correspondence with them.

14. Inspecting sites activities, works, tools and equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations; providing regular updates to HSE Manager
