DGM - Business/Financial Planning - BFSI/Retail/BPO/Telecom

We are hiring for a DGM- Business/Financial Planning role based with a reputed MNC based with Pune.

Job Responsibilities: Financial Planning, reporting, analysis, business cases, business partnering.

Key Indicators:

- Timely & consistent delivery of challenging, but realistic financial plans to the FP&A teams

- Execution of financial plans and delivery of financial results embedded:

Service Operations costs

Service Delivery costs

Revenue recovered

Recharges

Value (Cost Arbitrage, Productivity, Knowledge Arbitrage)

- Align on pipeline view with CD

- Recurring performance review with the vertical and timely execution of corrective actions

- Delivery of regular & ad-hoc reports (such as risk exposure, what if modelling, etc)
