DGM - Business Finance - BPO

This position will work very closely with cross-functional stakeholders to for :

- To lead the Business Finance Team for the Asia Customer Management Estate.

- Financial reporting and analysis to the leadership team encapsulating the health of the business

- Leading the annual budgeting process and the quarterly rolling forecast for the board.

- Providing pricing solutions.

- Monitor the client billing process and accounting process to ensure timely billing and accruals of cost.

- Supporting the sales team with various data points with respect to price points, cost arbitrage and other aspects which helps them in winning new deals.

- Supporting the solution design team with the desired analysis to which helps in decision making for any new and alternate deals.

Essential Functions :

- Gather, model, analyse, prepare and summarize information for company's forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

- Actively participate in Annual Budgeting & Strategic planning process and compile for reporting/review

- Ensures effective understanding, analysis, and reporting of key metrics such as price, cost, inflation and coordinate related activities.

- Work with Business Teams to monitor opportunities & risks to avoid surprises.

- Provide support by working closely with business teams for decision making.

- Active participation in process improvements and projects as identified

- Collecting information and evidence for Management. decision making

- Provide timely and accurate management reporting of financial performance.

Qualification :

- Relevant experience of 8 years Plus years of post-qualification.

- Graduate in the field of Finance

- Chartered Accountant, Masters in Business Administration or equivalent post qualification degree.
