Hiring DGM - Business Excellence & Transformation, Corporate role for a leading telecom client based in Hyderabad.
Job Profile:
The role is a thought leader & go-to person on excellence and is expected to design & implement excellence road map for a specific BU / function, aligned to the overall quality strategy and unique imperatives of the unit.
Accountable for managing business processes by bringing all levers excellence (process design and management, improvement methodologies, benchmarking, etc) together to impact critical focus areas and opportunities for the business.
Facilitate the identification, design and development of robust business processes, using leading process design techniques.
Own the process repository for the unit & keep it current - ensure structured process change management practices
Ensure and sustain the alignment of processes with standard frameworks like ISO and TL9000
A custodian of the customer, within the unit and drive continuous improvement culture.
Desired Profile:
BE /BTech / MBA with 10 - 12 years experience, out of which 4+ years experience in business excellence / business transformation / service excellence / delivery excellence / TQM / process improvement / continuous improvement / process excellence from relevant industry preferred.
Six Sigma BB Certification &/or Six Sigma Lean facilitator.
Experience in Process Management / Audits in Service Industry.
Certified Quality Auditor.
