This is an 18 year old advisory firm with a focus on real estate developers advising on industry inside, structured database in then most innovative methods which answers the missing dimensions of real estate valuations.
Qualification : Post Graduate, M. Plan, B. Plan, B.tech
Job Description :
- Implementation of Business plan with regards to consulting
- Proven experience in execution of Feasibility study projects and business development
- Ability to convince prospective clients as to how Feasibility study is beneficial to them and how scientific analysis will help them in decision making
- Generating leads for new consulting projects
- Converting meetings to closures thereby getting maximum studies in the company
- Good contacts and networking with Developers and Developer Lobby
- One who understands the Real Estate market / Developers and can get business to the company

- Go-Getter, Aggressive, Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Independent Contributor, Enthusiastic, Passion driven, self-motivated
