DGM-Business Development (North America &EU)
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Evaluate competitive landscape in the market on an ongoing basis and be responsible for existing and new portfolio.
- Actual Revenue and profits against projected from North America and Europe
- Scouting for potential partners and on time deal closure for business alliances for commercialization in the Region
- Business Alliance Management/Key Account Management
1. On time delivery for project requirements
2. On time issue resolution for the partners
3. On time product delivery/Order Fulfilment
4. On time payment realization
5. Pricing of products
- Accurate Forecasting of projected Sales
- Accurate business analysis of new products and segments and providing inputs for strategic planning
- Number of products evaluated for licensing and development
- On time DIF ( Development Initiation Form)
- On time RFP ( Request for Proposal)
- Track and oversee Technology Transfer projects
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education: MBA
- Experience: 5 – 8 + years experience in Business Development, Sales with relevant experience in Pharmaceuticals.
Domain Knowledge
1. Excellent understanding of patents and their expiry in areas of interest for Promed, disease pattern in regions, etc.
2. M&A - Conducting Due diligence
3. Knowledge of generic market in North America
4. Through knowledge of Indian Pharmaceutical Industry – Players and their specialization especially products that require sterile manufacturing.
