Job Description:
Position : DGM- Branding
Location : Kolkata / Delhi
Brand Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence and brand equity.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand strategies with business objectives.
Brand Communication:
- Oversee the creation of compelling and consistent brand messaging across various channels.
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to effectively reach target audiences.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all communication materials.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to enhance the brand's reach and relevance.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute joint marketing initiatives.
Brand Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, customer perception, and engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize branding strategies for maximum impact.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the food and beverage or technology industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and platforms.
