Reporting To: Brand Head
The purpose of this role is delivering our message through development of world class creative, communication strategies and Mass advertising plans for brand/business.
This role will deliver several impact national campaigns - with a full 360. This includes ATL (TV, Print, Radio and Outdoor) this position would also be responsible for brand track studies for measurement of relevant brand KPIs.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Management :
- Create and define brand positioning and the annual marketing calendar for assigned business
- Responsible for execution of key campaigns as part of the calendar for said business
- Implement Brand Identity guidelines internally and externally coaching and monitoring stakeholders for adherence to the same
- Interface with business/product teams to influence the pipeline of products/propositions
- Lead strategic and day-to-day brand development projects
- Unearth insights from primary & secondary research to consistently sharpen our strategic focus
- Initiate consumer research and brand-tracking overall and for specific activities
- Integrated Communications
- Develop creative strategy, creative development in traditional media (TV, Print, and OOH) working with world class creative/advertising agencies
- Develop creative brief and insights for brand/business to achieve targeted business goals
- Complete oversight from brief to output
- Management of workflows & timelines for development of ATL campaigns
- Drive consistency in Brand messaging & tone working across,
- External stakeholders: Creative agencies, Production houses, Media buying agencies to ensure that quality communication is rolled out across TV, Print, Radio, Digital and outdoor
- Internal stakeholders: Business, PR, Media, Digital, Research, Events & activations teams
- Develop marketing/media-mix of campaigns and innovative contact paths for reaching out to consumers closely working with Media/Events teams
- Achieve campaign level brand and customer metrics (such as Spont. awareness, consideration, key differentiation parameters)
- Support Business with various innovative marketing collaterals, selling materials & visibility tools eg. POS material, brochures, sales tools etc.

Educational Qualifications :
- MBA from tier 1or 2 institute
The ideal candidate profile will have :
- 8 years post qualification experience, including at least last 5 years in brand management positions of global or leading Indian marquee brands
- Should have a portfolio of memorable campaigns in his/her kitty developed independently and end to end
- Expertise in diverse facets of marketing and managing large budgets
- Eye for detail and understanding of brand dynamics, nuance and aesthetics
- Experience in handling large format launch activity; It is expected that candidates should have demonstrated success in focussed innovation led brand building - at national level across integrated media platforms, digital & offline
- An entrepreneurial flair should be demonstrated by the candidate.
