Key Responsibility :

- Build the Brand Center of Expertise in the organization by implementing the strategic vision, process support, methodology, testing plans and mechanisms and tracking process to align our brands to their positioning

- Evolve Brand architecture to blend in the elements across Business verticals and different product lines and segments

- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

- Positioning brand of products & services in its entirety, from research and development through sales.

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities in collaboration with the internal team

- Device innovative growth strategies & craft differentiation strategy

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Build presence in the Consumer space which is measured basis Brand KPIs

- Build market share across segments

- PR & Communications experience

- Partner Business in achieving Organization goals

- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to - take action-

- Strong project management abilities in order to effectively oversee and meet strategic goals

- Effective analytical skills to properly evaluate internal or external trends or issues and create appropriate solutions.

- Passion for consumer and marketplace fueled by an ability to create, articulate and execute a strategic vision

- Track record in communication development driven by expertise in brand development and creation of brand purpose, mission + values.

- Sound Business Financial and Numerical expertise

- Ensure cost optimization thru sharp planning and execution, Teamwork

- Good at working with multiple stakeholders and highest level of ethics and integrity.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Articulate, dynamic, energetic and delivery focused

Ideal experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Comfort with CRM software

- In-depth understanding of the company's current products and future concepts

- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
