ROLE:
1. Creating brand engagement in order to strengthen brand affinity, support brand building efforts and generate trials in some cases
- Initiate and develop 360 communication along with execution for thematic campaigns, new product launches such as mobile Music/ Sports, existing product support such as Prepaid offers, Postpaid, Mobile Internet, National Tarriffs
- These campaigns would be at a national level and would require campaign management at an on ground level as well as on the digital medium
- Develop objectives for each activation plan, develop plans with agencies and monitor implementation with clearly defined milestones and develop metrics to evaluate success
- Work with the research and business to evaluate success of each campaign
- Develop guidelines for national activation plans for Circles to implement at local levels
- Develop guidelines for sponsorship in such a manner that brand engagement and amplification are at the core of the sponsorship initiative
2. Circle Communication
- Guide circles to help formulate circle marketing communication calendars
- Plan activities/ events based on market & business priorities
- Provide guidance to circles for sponsorships and activation programs so that sponsorships are used to build brand engagement and strengthen brand affinity
3. Events & Sponsorship
- Plan, Organise, manage and execute all external and internal corporate events
- Develop sponsorship execution guidelines for Corporate / Circles
- Work closely with the global team and various local partners to ensure extraction of value and impact from all sponsorship deals
4. Email & Direct Marketing
- Trade Communication
- Developing Direct Marketing elements for customer communication
5. Corporate Responsibility
- Create internal communication plans to increase awareness of key issues within the company and encourage every employee to become an ambassador for CR
- Plan & manage the communication to the right external audience
6. Agency and team management
- Deliver sharp briefs to the agencies that brings alive the varied objectives of multiple events
- Evaluate the creative as well as commercial aspect of agency proposals
- Supervise/ manage /monitor the agency as communication partners to develop communication, ensure compliance with guidelines, consistency and speed to market.
- Ensure quality deliverables by the agency as well as compliance with corporate values
- Liaison with all internal departments to understand their need and deliver appropriate and timely communication.
Candidate Profile:
MBA from Premier Institute (only Top 10) with 8-10 years of experience.
FMCG Experience NECESSARY.
