DGM - Banking Operations - Banking Collections - Voice Based

We are looking for DGM- Banking operations with one of the renowed company located in Bangalore.

- Candidate must have relevant exp of banking collections (voice based)

- Candidate's current designation should be Sr. Manager or above

- Must have exp of handling a span of 200+

- Good communication skills is mandate

Please do not apply if you are currently working as Manager or into IC role or with no exp in banking collections

Job profile :

- Planning, developing and executing the Business Road- Map

- Conceptualizing innovative channels of communication in maximizing the return on - dollar- spent

- Strategizing the functioning of the process to maintain consistency

- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of trends & competitor moves

- Responsible for managing client audits and ensuring compliance

- Managing end to end P&L for the cost centre, analysing areas of improvement, finding revenue leakage and taking necessary steps to improve profitability

- Resolving issues related to debit/ credit cards

- Team Management
