DGM - Analytics - BPO

Role & Responsibilities:

Leading projects on Analytics tool development & deployment

Managing existing text mining projects and CRM stake-holders

Managing project on assessment framework development and execution

Working on proof of concepts for getting additional business

Create white papers and process documents on existing capabilities and replicate the same in multiple accounts

Managing a team size of more than 10 resources

Requirements:

Work experience of 12+ years with good exposure in handling teams and multiple projects

Sound knowledge on statistics with exposure to statistical tools and techniques and their implementation in various projects

Knowledge and experience in using machine learning techniques

Should have completed at-least 10 projects using statistical tools and techniques in CRM domain.

Good knowledge of statistical and Analytics tools like - R, SAS, SPSS

Knowledge of advanced excel, excel macro, usage of data tool pack in excel

Knowledge of Text mining and Speech Analytics concepts/algorithms

Excellent understanding of structured and unstructured data

An analytical mindset and PMP Certified

Tableau, Advance excel, SQL, R, Text analytics

Proficient in Statistical tools like R, SAS, SPSS
