- Developing Marketing Plans (including market sizing, market entry strategies, Go to market strategies)

- Branding & Positioning strategies

- Consumer Insight mining and Brand platform development

- Creation and Achieving Brand Annual Operating Plans

- Innovation funnel - from concept to commercialization to post evals

- Responsible for managing Product pricing, New Product development, managing product life cycles

- Developing consumer understanding and insights

- Developing and implementing ATL and BTL activities

- Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating market trends and consumer / customer behavior

- Planning and implement the marketing communication pertaining to launch of product
