Head - Human Relation & Industrial Relation - Manufacturing (8-12)
Strategic Accountability :
- Manage all the human resource-related activities for Group Companies.
- Responsible for preparation, approval, and adherence to annual HR Budget for recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, and development and other miscellaneous expenses
- Coordinate with other department heads and managers to achieve talent management goals and objectives.
- Ensure retaining of talents, keep up to date on market trends on pay policies, bonus structures and other benefits to make necessary recommendations.
- Manage general affairs, counselling of employees and grievance handling as and when necessary. Ensure labour/disciplinary cases are handled promptly and with due process requirement
Operations Accountability :
- Ensure compliance to HR policies and systems, maintain appropriate records and documentation
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities with an effective selection process to find qualified talents.
- Administer timekeeping and payroll standards, ensure timeliness to payroll processing for full time and contractual roles.
- Identify training needs and oversee the development and implementation of training programmes to meet departmental goals.
- Responsible for keeping control of annual absenteeism across group companies and taking timely measures to stay within budgeted absenteeism.
- Adherence to Group Mediclaim Policy and liaise with hospitals.
- Lead all the administrative activities relating to the canteen, transport, and sports activities
- Handling Labour Union, Labour Problems and maintain sound Industrial Relationships in factory.
