Job Purpose :
To provide & support Learning, Performance Management, Talent management & Organisation Effectiveness initiatives in order to make the organisation a Great place to work.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the Talent Management initiative & Support the organisation to build & develop a talent pipeline
Learning & Development : Identify & Consolidate Learning needs of Corporate Functions to arrive at a Learning Road Map
- Ensure delivery of programs & other non training activities in order to meet Learning needs
Performance Management : Initiate, Co-ordinate and facilitate the performance management process at to ensure timely closure of the processes
- Ample support to set quality goals to help build a high performance culture
Organisation Effectiveness : Ensure and Manage Key OE initiatives
