DGM/AGM - HR - Employee Relations

The Candidate Must have -

- 2 Year Full Time MBA from Organization of repute.

- 12-15 years Post Qualification experience in Employee Relations, particularly in Multi Union Organization, recruitment, PMS and training. Must have very sound knowledge of Labour Laws and its implementation.

- Sound communication skill and dynamic and positive mindset.

Brief Job Description -

-Industrial Relations, Managing Trade Unions, Union Agreements, Participative Management, Statutory Compliance, Administration activities.

- Strategic partnership in the areas of Human Resource Mgt. inclusive of recruitment, PMS, Reward and
Recognition, retention & maintenance of workers.

- People Development for staff.
