Qualification - Premium B School -MBA (HR), MSW - full time

Responsibilities

- Sound exposure to corp HR activities

- Knowledge in Strategic HR Policy formulation and implementation in a large engineering / auto company with employee base of 3000+

- Knowledge on PMS, C & B,

- Talent management

- OD

- 360 deg feedback

- HRIS

- Emp retention

- Ideal combination will be, a tamilian / South Indian Hands on experience with PM & IR or with 15+ years exp in HR and with say 5+ years in Corp HR activities.

- He could have been earlier in Plant HR role and then moved to Corp HR or vice versa
