An opportunity with a leading construction company for DGM - Administration

- Should have experience in general administration and facilities management.

- Provision of adequate Human Resource, Office utilities, Logistics arrangements, Facilities maintenance, Tackling all disciplinary issues with suitable action , Conduct of Timely Meetings, Vendor Management, issuing of necessary Orders, Circulars & Notices, Monitoring the work of outsourced staff.

- Should have hands on experience in housekeeping ,cafeteria, liasioning ,supply chain management and transport /travel management.

- Should be responsible Domestic and International Air ticketing / Catering and Accommodation facilities in Guest House, Holiday Homes. Hotels bookings, etc…

- Arranging Transport : allocation of company car / hiring car.

- Liaison with Passport Office to fulfill related formalities like VISA/Immigration etc.

- Overseeing the operations of Aviation Cell - Pilots and other related airport formalities, liaising with hotels, Dealing with Vendors, Airports Authority and Airlines.

- Should have 25 yrs to 35 years experience and good communication skills.

- Should be willing to relocate to Chennai.
