Asst. General Manager - Strategic Project Management & Ops
Career Opportunity to manage strategic projects, location - Pune
Glimpse of roles & responsibilities : - Support operations team in preparing detailed roadmap; assess and align on prioritization with them
- Align milestones for each initiative with initiative owners
- Identify key risk and mitigation plan for the achievement of the budget
- Identify, conceptualize and track business excellence initiatives along with the Operations team
- Program manage the strategic, budget and business excellence initiatives for the Operations team
- Conduct regular review meeting with all key stakeholders.
- Identify root cause for delays and work with the operations team for fast track resolution of bottlenecks across functions, corporate.
- Identify root causes and provide support for de-bottlenecking
- Prioritize and escalate issues or risks to the SPMO for required interventions.

- Deal with external experts / consultants/ agencies to which work gets outsourced to drive strategic, budget, business excellence initiatives
Technical / Functional Expertise : - Ability to prioritize time and activities according to strategic priorities
- Strong analytical; advanced skills in Microsoft office tools
- Ability to solve complex problems involving multiple variables and teams
- Comfort in both strategic thinking and being detail oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; including preparing sharp MoMs/ powerful presentations
- Should be ready to travel and work out of Taloja/ other locations (for 50% of time)

Qualification required :- MBA from a top management school
- B.E / B.Tech in any discipline
- Certifications on TPM/TQM/Six Sigma/Project Management
- Has 8 to 12 years of experience working on Business Excellence programs in manufacturing set up.
