The product & tech team has worked across leading B2C Tech start-ups (Urban Company, Amazon, PhonePe etc.) previously before joining Dezerv.

What can you expect?

- You will be responsible for shaping the growth journey at Dezerv by delivering outcomes and key insights on business problems across Founders, Sales Leaders, Product and Tech.

- You will be building and managing the entire data stacks from scratch at Dezerv

- You will build and scale the data analytics vertical and team at Dezerv

Job Role: As the Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the entire data analytics stack across the company.

The role will require you to:

- Understand data across various systems (including third party)

- Mine or extract usable data from the above systems

- Design and implement efficient ETL processes for loading metadata

- Carry out preprocessing of structured and unstructured data and enhance data collection procedures to include all relevant information for developing analytic systems

- Analyzing large amounts of information to find patterns and solutions

- Presenting results in a clear manner

- Collaborate with Product, business, Tech, Founders and investors

Job Requirements:

- B.Tech./M.Tech /B.E from reputed college (preferably in Computer Science)

- Relevant experience in managing and analyzing large data of at least 3-4 yrs

- Strong Data Interpretation skills and good business sense

- Good communication skills

- Strong SQL Skills
