- Candidate will have to work closely with R&D and Operations to set up training programs.
- Candidate will involve setting up a structure that addresses both needs of Instructional Design (Training Strategy, Content development etc) and Field Training (Training Execution)
- Responsibilities will also include development of all training manuals, job aids, and training aids including videos
Qualification : PG/PGDM Preferred (But not a rejection Criteria), PG experience in HR, courses in training certification etc. will be advantages
Soft Skills :
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Should be a great trainer herself/himself and should be extremely effective as a trainer
- Should exude confidence and be great with people skills
