Managing end to end employee lifecycle for the respective region and support the region on HR front to expand and grow as per defined targets.

1. Ensuring fulfilling the manpower requirement for all stores in the region within provided budget and TAT

2. Maintaining a strong network of contacts to identify and source quality candidates; reviewed applications to identify and arrange preliminary interviews

3. Conducting enquiries on raised progressive disciplinary cases and closing for team members

4. Conducting candidates reference / background check and ensuring complete documentation

5. Helping to retain/motivate talent by executing engagement activities, proactively resolving grievances, attending CAM/Patch meetings

6. Conducting Exit Analysis and come up with an action plan basis the findings

7. Conducting weekly O&C (On boarding) within the region

8. Maintaining and Providing various recruitment dashboard, Trackers, monthly HR update reports for the region

9. Improving HR processes, communicating and ensuring its adherence at store level

10. Increasing HR connect with stores employees via planned store visits, connect sessions, open houses etc

11. Liaise with consultants/vendors to meet staffing requirement

12. Driving internal employee development and being part of various development sessions i.e LAR etc. being part of final assessment i.e R2, BORs

Candidates Attributes:

- Good experience in hiring candidates at the front line level

- Should have good project management skills, is expected to be highly independent, should be able to plan ahead, and manage complexities

- Well versed with HR Operations on a day to day basis

- Excellent Excel knowledge
