Job Location : Visit to all districts ( Head Office - Kottayam, Ettumanoor)

- Handling the Distribution Business.

- Meeting sales targets.

- Promoting new products and any special deals.

- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.

- Responsible for primary and secondary target achievement of the assigned territory.

- Handle General Trade & Modern Trade.

- Adept at identifying and developing key clients for business excellence and accomplishment of targets.

- Responsible for hiring and firing, identifying where training is needed and providing it, mentoring sales reps, and assigning sales territories.

- Creating sales plans and analyzing data.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer.
