Position - Development Manager, Technology Manager, Director Technology, Engineering Manager

Bachelors, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

-Established skill in leading and executing complex cross-functional projects, with simple and intuitive customer experiences.

Strong technical credentials, with at least 3-5 years of experience managing software development teams, ideally with some hands-on architectural or distributed systems experience

Mastery of the tools of the trade, including a variety of modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C/C++) and open-source technologies (Spring, Hibernate)

A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects

Responsible for the over-all systems development life cycle

Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments; Led the managers and engineering teams within an Agile/Scrum environment

Management of departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining best-of-class global engineering teams

Work closely with your managers, the engineers, and other engineering managers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach

Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to senior management

Develop and grow a highly skilled team of engineers

Work effectively as a remote site leader who functions in harmony with our Seattle based organization
