Development Manager - IT

We have urgent requirement for Development Manager for Mnc in Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, monitoring and reporting of progress of development projects in an agile environment including sprint rituals.

Work closely with Product Management to get development project(s) initiated and deliver estimations and planning figures for project investment proposals.

Responsible, in close cooperation with the other 2 development mangers, for constant improvement of our Agile development processes. In such a way that the development teams are able to deliver high quality solutions to the market in a productive and predictable manner.

Reporting to the VP Research and development regarding team development, project progress and process improvements.

Your Skills

Experience in leading Development teams in a fast pace environment (5+ years

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent knowledge of and working in an agile development atmosphere like Scrum

Team player and used to work in an international environment

Planning skills, keeping overview with an eye for detail

Bachelors or Masters degree in Software Engineering or equivalent field
