We have Urgent Requirement for Development Manager for Mnc in Hyderabad .

As a Development Manager, you lead the development team into a highly collaborative, effective, and enjoyable working environment. Focusing on people, technology, and process, your team can reliably and repeatedly ship high-quality software. You are responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our Microsoft 365 for Operations products and manage the careers of a diverse set of team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for people management for your team(s). This includes participating in recruitment, setting objectives for the team members, coaching them and helping them to get to get the best out of themselves and stimulate them to grow in their profession.

- Responsible for an enjoyable place to work, helping and driving the team (s) to deliver results, by assuring a healthy work life balance.

- Responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting of progress of development projects in an agile environment including sprint rituals.

- Work closely with Product Management to get development project(s) initiated and deliver estimations and planning figures for project investment proposals.

- Responsible to get the issues solved and delivered, reported by our customers. This in close cooperation with our Support department.

- Responsible, in close cooperation with the other 2 development managers, for constant improvement of our Agile development processes. In such a way that the development teams are able to deliver high-quality solutions to the market in a productive and predictable manner.

- Reporting to the VP Research and development regarding team development, project progress, and process improvements. Your Skills

- Experience in leading Development teams in a fast pace environment (5+ years

- Experience in coaching and mentoring people, getting the best out of people (5+ years)

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent knowledge of and working in an agile development atmosphere like Scrum

- Familiar with Microsoft 365 for Operations

- Team player and used to work in an international environment

- Planning skills, keeping overview with an eye for detail

- Pro-active can do mentality

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent field
