Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs - Product Manager - FinTech Domain

We are looking for a product manager to join the Telekom Fintech products & services team and turn ideas into easy-to-use products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define the vision for the team's products / services

2. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

3. Create a product road map based on the vision, and deliver according to defined deadlines

4. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the rest of the commercial team and other key stakeholders (technology, legal, privacy, operations) in order to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete product specifications.

5. Design from scratch or improve a specific digital product, or feature.

6. Oversee all stages of product development lifecycle cycle, under his / her responsibility.

7. Manage the product backlog and prioritize them based on changing requirements

8. Develop user stories, maintain them and collaborate with Design and Engineering team to refine the product requirements

9. Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process

10. Conduct adjustments based on user feedback and/or analytics provided

11. Support UAT / QA sessions and sign-off product / service delivery.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience in product management, design or similar role (4-7 yrs)

2. Familiarity with project management lifecycle

3. Research and knowledge in the FinTech industry latest trends and technologies.

4. Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get things done

5. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders in cross-functional teams and can clearly articulate ideas and suggestions to both collaborators and management
