Role Description
- Should be able to and willing to visit and spend time with customers and users, understand user behavior and translate into product requirements.
- Should be able to understand user requirements, map techno-functional business solutions, create PRDs & process maps. Should know process mapping tools like Miro, Balsamic, Visio, Figma etc.
- Should be able to collaborate with design team to develop user flows and app navigation and a great UX perspective is preferable.
- Should be able to collaborate with product development team and work on feature development, perform acceptance testing across multiple device options and help release the features.
- Should have good understanding of agile development and help run scrum meetings and ensure a steady stream of feature releases based on product roadmap.
- Should be able to bench-mark with peers and competition and bring out best practices in product, feature, and design development to create PLG SaaS products.
- Should be able to write excellent content needed for notifications, OTPs, FAQs, Website and app content and other such relevant content.
- Should be able to work with product marketing to ensure that the product is leveraged across multiple digital channels for a multi-X growth.
- Candidates who have worked on intuitive PLG (Product Led Growth) models are most preferred.
- Should have previous work experience in Android, iOS apps and desktop and web applications.
- Preferably in the messaging, audio and video apps in SaaS either in B2B or B2C domains.
- Should a reasonable understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, SaaS, Product marketing constructs, verticalized marketing solutions and integration of other customer with product backend like Zendesk, HubSpot, QuickBooks etc
