- Enquiry Handling / BOQ &amp; Layout preparation. - Coordination with sale team/vendor price negotiation. - Quotation preparation for allocated division for Tenders/corporate customer/GEM bid, etc - Vendor negotiation &amp; proposing right/cost effective product as per requirement. - Making min 2 New Vendors every months. - Always get min 3 vendors quote for comparison. - Making shop drawing/BOQ for any enquiry and taking final confirmation from sales person for production. - Getting new design products from local market /Vendors. - Need to keep stock of shade cards, fabric colors and powder quoting colors. - Maintaining &amp; submitting week wise enquiry tracker report. - If required need to visit site for measurement. - For new joiners need to give basic products training. - Making sure for stock of products branding stickers with vendors - For south DIV 1 and south DIV 2 need to search the tender online. - And sending the tender with quote to concern DH. - Ensuring the participation on time. The Candidate : You'll need to have : - creative and practical ability - 1-2 years of experience in Furniture Designing - drawing skills and strong visual awareness - an understanding of computer-aided design or other technological advances - communication skills - commercial focus - self-motivation, self-discipline and persistence - flexibility and adaptability - the ability to work to deadlines - a desire to keep up to date with market trends and new ideas
