Location : Bangalore
- Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments & Sales channel.
- Ability to identify channels for company's products from the ground level.
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to proactively identify and sell our product in the market
- Responsible for recruiting, mentoring and monitoring the performances of the entire sales team, drive change and deliver targeted results
- Provide necessary training to sales team as and when need.
- Monitoring & evaluating the performance of sales team by guiding them to move in proper direction.
- Should be able to take ownership for New business development, increasing lead pipeline and revenue targets.
- Partner identification and management.
Passion for Revenue Generation : Preparing Sales forecast, allocating yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly plans to deliver top line and bottom line revenue targets. Achieve revenue targets month on month basis.
- Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs and sets short and long-term sales strategies for targeted prospects.
- Prepares and submits sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed opportunity, including prospects on a national/ international level.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
- Have an eye for competitor mapping in market space and evolve a strategy for selling product/solutions.
- Agile enough to travel across the country
- Ability to visualize things end to end and be able to come up with periodic metrics
- Excellent Presentation, Communication and Persuasion Skills
