Design Lead - New Educational Products

Its looking for its first - Designer to lead every aspect of design in the organization. This is an opportunity to build the brand from scratch by envisioning, defining and owning the execution of overall design strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- End to end ownership of designing new products, interfaces, and user experiences across multiple contexts:

- Different customers : Institutes & parents

- Multiple products : Payment & lending products

- Discovery : Online & offline educational products and services

- Responsible for producing creative assets including graphics, templates, brochures and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels.

- Strategize and develop visual identity and ensure consistent execution of the same across products and platforms

- Take lead in building out the design team as the company scales

- 4+ years of relevant experience; experience in product companies is an advantage

- Graduate of top tier design school

- Hands-on creative leader : willingness to get your hands dirty in all aspects of design, product & graphic design
