- UI and UX Designer Job Description

- We are looking for a dynamic UI and UX Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will turn our software into easy-to-use products for our customers and ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

- Ultimately, you'll create both functional and appealing features that address our customers' needs and help us grow our customer base.

- The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

UI and UX Designer Responsibilities

- Gather Requirements : Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

- Design Strategy : Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

- High Fidelity Wireframes : Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

- Mockups and Original Graphics : Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how apps function and look like. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).

- UI Assets : Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.

- Team Delivery : Managing and working with your team of designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

- User Research : Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

- Standards : Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design. UI and UX Designer Requirements

- To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we'd like to meet you.

- A minimum of 8 years ' UI/UX design experience for digital products.

- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both mobile and web platforms.

- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch , InVision, HTML, JS, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android , Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite .

- A team player but can work independently too.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
